Once the money has been transferred, we will pick up the funds. At any time after completing your transaction, you can call

1-800-666-3947) to find out if the funds have been picked up or not with your reference number.
Once we have confirmed your payment, we will create your account promptly and send out the links details via email. Under normal circumstances you will receive email notification within 24 hours. However, if due to technical circumstances that are beyond our control you do not hear from us, please send us a reminder. We would really appreciate this.
